Pathogens (ISSN 2076-0817) publishes reviews, regular research papers and short notes on all aspects of pathogens and pathogen-host interactions. There is no restriction on the length of the papers. Our aim is to encourage scientists to publish their experimental and theoretical research in as much detail as possible. Full experimental and/or methodical details must be provided for research articles. There are, in addition, unique features of this journal: manuscripts regarding research proposals and research ideas will be particularly welcomed computed data or files regarding the full details of the experimental procedure, if unable to be published in a normal way, can be deposited as supplementary material
RSC Chemical Biology is a gold open access journal dedicated to publishing and disseminating exceptional, breakthrough research and high-quality reviews at the interface of chemistry and biology. We welcome contributions from across the breadth of the chemical biology field. This includes Sensing and Imaging, Bioorthogonal chemistry, Biosynthesis, Biomimetics and Bioengineering, Synthetic biology, Directed evolution, Drugs development and mechanism of action, Glycoscience, Natural products, Nucleic acids, Peptides, Phenotypic screening, Proteins (including protein-protein interactions, modifications, structure and function) We are particularly interested in reports on the application of chemical tools to probe, explore and visualize biological systems and processes to provide insights into molecular mechanisms in health and disease. We also encourage translational research that bridges chemistry and chemical biology to medicine.

Scandinavian Journal of Infectious Diseases publishes original papers on clinical aspects of infectious diseases. The topics may concern clinical aspects of infectious diseases, laboratory investigations of clinical significance (bacteriological, virological, parasitological, mycological, immunological, pathological, physiological, chemical and pharmacological), epidemiological and epizootological studies of human infections and experimental infections. Manuscripts are welcomed both from Scandinavian and other countries. In addition to regular articles, review articles, case reports, short communications and letters may be accepted. The journal was started in 1969 and was the first European journal in English entirely devoted to the clinical and microbiological aspects of infectious diseases. Original articles cover the latest advancements, new therapeutic management strategies, and translational research that is being applied successfully to improve clinical outcomes. Surgical Infections also provides an understanding of immune and inflammatory responses, which is critical for surgeons to treat post-operative infections effectively.
To publish relevant documents in the area of microbiology, infection and immune response to infectious agents.
The Indian Journal of Pathology and Microbiology is the official Quarterly publication of the Indian Association of Pathologists and Microbiologists. It had completed 50 glorious years in the year 2007. Late Dr Vanmali Saran Maglik of King George Medical College, Lucknow is the founder editor who started the journal in the year 1958. Initially the journal was called Indian Journal of Pathology and Bacteriology and the present name is in existence from the year 1965. The journal grew over the years under the able guidance of stalwarts like Late Dr HI Jhala, Late Dr V Ramalingaswamy, Dr HD Tandon, Late Dr BK Aikat and Late Dr S Nagalotimath. The present form is due to the untiring efforts of Dr KS Ratnakar, Dr VH Talib, Dr SK Shahi and Dr Harsh Mohan. The journal is widely read and is in almost all the libraries of the country and in many institutions outside the country. From the year 2008, the article submission, review, correspondence and publication process has been made online (www.journalonweb.com/ijpm). Now the journal has its own website (www.ijpmonline.org).
