Current Topics in Medicinal Chemistry is a forum for the review of areas of keen and topical interest to medicinal chemists and others in the allied disciplines. Each issue is solely devoted to a specific topic, containing six to nine reviews, which provide the reader a comprehensive survey of that area. A Guest Editor who is an expert in the topic under review, will assemble each issue. Current Topics in Nutraceutical Research (ISSN 1540-7535) is an international, interdisciplinary broad based peer reviewed scientific journal for critical evaluation of research on nutraceuticals. The major goal of this journal is to provide peer reviewed unbiased scientific data to students, researchers, healthcare providers, and the decision makers in the nutraceutical industry to help make informed choices about nutraceuticals. To this end, the journal will publish two types of review articles. First, a review of preclinical research data coming largely from animal, cell culture and other experimental models. Such data will provide basis for future product development and/or human research initiatives. This journal aims to review the most important, recently published treatment-related advances in cardiovascular medicine. By providing clear, insightful, balanced contributions by international experts, the journal intends to elucidate novel approaches to treatment in those affected by the spectrum of cardiovascular-related diseases and conditions.

We accomplish this aim by appointing international authorities to serve as Section Editors in key subject areas, such as coronary artery disease, cerebrovascular disease and stroke, heart failure, pediatric and congenital heart disease, and valvular, myocardial, pericardial, and cardiopulmonary diseases.
