Corrosion Reviews is an international bimonthly journal devoted to critical reviews that are key to advancing the understanding and application of corrosion science and engineering in the service of society. Papers may be of a theoretical, experimental or practical nature, provided that they make a significant contribution to knowledge in the field. Cutting-edge topics such as corrosion of materials in energy systems, corrosion of nanomaterials, corrosion of biomaterials and medical devices, the effect of corrosion on water pollution and the environment, smart coatings, etc. are more than welcome.All articles are published in English and are peer-reviewed. Reviews may be invited either by the Editors-in-Chief or by members of the Editorial Board, which consists of leaders in the international corrosion community. In addition, unsolicited reviews may be submitted, contingent pre-approval of the outline by the Editors-in-Chief.
