Reviews in Mathematical Physics fills the need for a review journal in the field, but also accepts original research papers of high quality. The review papers - introductory and survey papers - are of relevance not only to mathematical physicists, but also to mathematicians and theoretical physicists interested in interdisciplinary topics. Original research papers are not subject to page limitations provided they are of importance to this readership. It is desirable that such papers have an expository part understandable to a wider readership than experts. Papers with the character of a scientific letter are usually not suitable for RMP.

The fields of interests include: analysis, differential equations and applications, geometry, topology, algebra, statistics, computer sciences and astronomy. The journal is sponsored by the School of Mathematics at Complutense University in Madrid. The prestigious interdisciplinary editorial board, formed by more than 30 internationally well-recognized researchers in different areas, reflects the quality standards of our journal. Since 2002, the Editorial Board of Revista Matemática Complutense organizes the “Santaló Lecture”, a yearly event where a distinguished mathematician is invited to deliver a conference at Complutense University and contributes to the journal a survey article in the lecturer’s area of expertise. So far, the lecturers have been  Charles T.C. Published in English, the journal RACSAM presents research articles and short papers covering Algebra; Applied Mathematics; Computational Sciences; Geometry and Topology; Mathematical Analysis; Statistics and Operations Research. Each issue also includes short papers of no more than 6 pages, announcing results and containing sketches of the proofs. Also featured are surveys in every mathematical field.

Manuscripts should be written preferably in English, or otherwise in Spanish. Notice that all the manuscripts shall be evaluated by the members of the Editorial Board or by the referees suggested by them.

“Ricerche di Matematica” publishes high-quality research articles in any field of pure and applied mathematics. Articles must be original and written in English. Articles should be sent to any member of the Editorial Board or directly to the Editor-in-Chief. Details about article submission can be found in each issue of the journal.

Risk analysis is the science of evaluating health, environmental, and engineering risks resulting from past, current, or anticipated, future activities. The use of these evaluations include providing information for determining regulatory actions to limit risk, presenting scientific evidence in legal settings, evaluating products and potential liabilities--within private organizations, resolving World Trade disputes amongst nations, and for educating the public concerning particular risk issues. Risk analysis is an interdisciplinary science that relies on epidemiology and laboratory studies, collection of exposure and other field data, computer modeling, and related social and economic and communication considerations. In addition, social dimensions of risk are addressed by social scientists. Methods of risk analysis and the outcome of particular evaluations are regularly presented in scholarly papers that are published in Risk Analysis: An International Journal and topics are as diverse as quality of drinking water, air and land contamination, the safety of foods and drugs, automobile and infrastructure safety, and risk associated with weapons of mass destruction.

Robotics (ISSN 2218-6581) is a fully refereed international journal that presents the state-of-the-art research work in the area of robotics. It aims to provide an international forum to report latest developments from robotic systems, autonomous behaviours, multi-sensor fusion, learning algorithms, system modelling, control software, smart actuators, and human-machine interaction. Special emphasis is given to technology innovation and real-world applications. The main objective of Robotics is to establish an excellent channel of communication between experts in academic and research institutions, practitioners and professionals working in the industry, and policy makers.

Robotics and Autonomous Systems will carry articles describing fundamental developments in the field of robotics, with special emphasis on autonomous systems. An important goal of this journal is to extend the state of the art in both symbolic and sensory based robot control and learning in the context of autonomous systems.Robotics and Autonomous Systems will carry articles on the theoretical, computational and experimental aspects of autonomous systems, or modules of such systems.Application environments of interest include industrial, outdoor and outer space where advanced robotic techniques are required for autonomous systems to accomplish goals without human intervention; this includes robotics for hazardous and hostile environments.Robotics and Autonomous Systems will carry brief reports on international meetings in the field, as well as an occasional multi-author debate on current topics of interest. The peer-reviewed Russian Journal of Mathematical Physics addresses a broad range of topics, including functional analysis, linear and partial differential equations, algebras, modern differential and algebraic geometry and topology, representations of Lie groups, calculus of variations, asymptotic methods, random process theory, dynamical systems, and control theory.The journal presents mainly original papers with full proof, but also publishes brief communications and state-of-the-art reviews. In addition to purely mathematical papers, the journal is hospitable to theses with less rigorous, or 'physical', levels of proof, which are sometimes useful and lead to major advances in science, as well as to analyses based on the heuristic or speculative approaches.
