The Irish Journal of Medical Science is the official organ of the Royal Academy of Medicine in Ireland. Established in 1832, this quarterly journal is a contribution to medical science and an ideal forum for the younger medical/scientific professional to enter world literature and an ideal launching platform now, as in the past, for many a young research worker.

The primary role of both the Academy and IJMS is that of providing a forum for the exchange of scientific information and to promote academic discussion, so essential to scientific progress.

The journal covers all branches of medicine and publishes papers applicable to the daily practice of the clinician and surgeon. Articles are written by international specialists in their respective fields, and their applicability is not limited to daily practice in Ireland.

Irrigation Science presents original articles and short communications reporting the results of irrigation-related research. Coverage includes relevant contributions from the plant, soil and atmospheric sciences and analysis of field experimentation, as well as irrigation water management modeling. Special emphasis is devoted to multi-disciplinary studies dealing with the challenges of maintaining the long-term productivity of irrigated lands and increasing the efficiency of agricultural water use. Aspects of particular interest include physiology of plant growth and yield response to water status; physical and chemical aspects of water status and movement in the plant-soil-atmosphere system; salinity and alkalinity control by soil and water management; agricultural drainage, measurement and modification of crop and control of water in plant, soil and atmosphere; water requirements in irrigation practice; irrigation scheduling and ecological aspects of irrigated agriculture.

Israel Journal of Health Policy Research (IJHPR) seeks to promote intensive intellectual interactions among scholars and practitioners from Israel and other countries regarding all aspects of health policy, health services research, public health, health promotion, health economics, health care management, and the ethics, sociology, and political science of health care in Israel. Israel Journal of Health Policy Research is the official publication of The Israel National Institute for Health Policy and Health Services Research.

The journal Izvestiya, Atmospheric and Oceanic Physics publishes original scientific research and review articles on vital issues in the physics of the earth’s atmosphere and hydrosphere, and climate theory. The journal throws light on recent investigations into physical processes in the atmosphere and ocean that control climate, weather, and their changes, which have possible practical applications. Izvestiya, Physics of the Solid Earth (Fizika zemli), founded in 1965, publishes results of original theoretical and experimental research in relevant areas of the physics of the earth's interior and applied geophysics. The journal presents results of studies conducted by researchers at institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences and other institutions of the Russian Federation. Contributions from foreign authors are also welcome.
